Fill out the form below to arrange a self-service inspection of a strata scheme’s records.

Here’s how it works:

1. Fill out the form.
2. Email the vendor’s authority to hello@bettrstrata.com.au
3. We’ll email you payment details for an amount equal to the statutory fee payable by the inspecting party and retained by the agent (Bettr Strata).
4. Once paid, within 2-3 business days, we’ll send you secure digital access so you can dive in.

Statutory fee (GST inclusive)

• Owner, mortgagee or covenant chargee of a lot: $31.00 for the first hour, then $16.00 for each half-hour or part thereof.
• A person authorised by an owner, mortgagee or covenant chargee (for example, a strata search agent acting for a purchaser): $60.00 for the first hour, then $30.00 for each half-hour or part thereof. The higher rate applies from 1 July 2025.
