This document is used for settlement and gives buyers a clear snapshot of the property, including:
- Who’s on the strata committee.
- What levies are due (and what’s still outstanding).
- Where the records live.
- Any new by-laws made in the past 6 months.
- Building insurance policies.
- Proposals for funding matters set out in the 10-year capital works fund plan.
- Whether or not a renewal committee has been set up.
How to order a certificate:
- Fill in the form.
- We’ll be in touch with payment details.
- Send us proof of payment and we’ll email the certificate within 14 days.
