This past weekend, I was out delivering flyers with my two kids. What began as a simple marketing task quickly turned into something far more meaningful. I want Bettr Strata to be something my kids can one day take over, if they choose to. Not just to teach them about strata, business, and teamwork – but to show them what leadership really means. That it’s not about titles or hierarchy, but about how you treat people, how you give back, and how you show gratitude for the simple things.
Whether they end up in strata or not, I want them to learn that every role matters. That leadership can be practised from any seat at the table. That giving back isn’t a task – it’s a mindset.
