- Email the vendor’s authority to hello@bettrstrata.com.au
- We’ll email you payment details for an amount equal to the statutory fee payable by the inspecting party and retained by the agent (Bettr Strata).
- Once paid, within 2-3 business days, we’ll send you secure digital access so you can dive in.
Statutory fee

Owners: $31.00 for the first hour, plus $16.00 for every additional 30 minutes (maximum 3 hours).

Authorised representatives or non-owners: From 1 July 2025, $60.00 for the first hour, plus $30.00 for every additional 30 minutes (maximum 3 hours).
